Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a resolution.
